2016 Journals ship immediately after your order is processed and are fulfilled by our print on demand partner. Typically your Journal will arrive in 7 - 10 days.
We are taking pre-orders to assemble modest size batches for our factories. This enables us to offer the Journal at a reasonable price. All Journals ordered before the end of April will ship by September - all in good time for 2017!
For 2016 Journal orders, your card will be charged when the product(s) you ordered leave the printing facility. Pre-orders of 2017 Journals will be charged every time a batch has been assembled and ordered from the factory. We will email you when your order is charged to let you know estimated delivery time.

Yes, of course. If you have decided you no longer wish to receive your Journal before it has shipped, simply respond to the order confirmation email you received requesting to cancel. We will not charge your card or will refund the same amount that was already charged.
Unfortunately we can only refund items which have already shipped to you if there was a problem with the item itself.
We are sorry there was a problem with your item. Please email orders@singleton.io and we'll arrange the appropriate action. Defective items will be replaced without charge or refunded in full (including shipping cost).
